Our fourth-grade participating scholars had the opportunity to meet and chat with Senator Bradford on Capitol Hill yesterday during their Sacramento excursion. The scholars received a brief tour of the Capitol with many picture options, and were also brought onto the Senate floor by Senator Bradford, while session was ongoing. To make the experience even more grand for our young scholars, Senator Bradford also announced the school and introduced the students while on the Senate floor. You never know how many seeds can be planted with just one conversation or a simple introduction. Future Senators/political figures are currently participating in the Classroom Without Walls Study Trip program and are being inspired to go after their dreams.
